If it’s being reimbursed by your employer, then yes, it’s taxable income.
If it’s being reimbursed by the insurance company, it may or may not be, depending on how the policy was originally set up.

If the premiums were paid pretax or your employer paid them for you then they will be taxable. If you paid the premiums with after tax dollars then you shouldn’t have to pay taxes. You should bring it up with your accountant.
