Cancer Diagnosis Question?

If white blood cell count is normal, does it rule out ALL cancers and tumours in the body?

    No. The WBC is just a measure of whether you have an infectious disease or not. Sort of a measure of how healthy your immune system is.
    There is no test that can rule out all cancers or tumors.
