Basically, there is no "screen" for lung cancer or for breast cancer unless your over 50 (whereby in the UK it is free on the national health service). Normally, only when you show symptoms which could indicate cancer does the clinican then start to eliminate possible causes. If you wanted to check for cancer of the lung or the breast, then you would need to pay for scans which are quite expensive. I previously paid for a MRI scan of my head and it set me back £700. The simplest and most cost effective way to check would be a chest x-ray, but it may be difficult to get a doctor to order one without a medical reason to do so. You may also want to consider Planned Parenthood. They offer low costs pap smears and will give a physical exam. I don’t know if they refer to outside radiology.
