Dont have insurance, may have cancer!!?

Dont have health insurance as I cant afford it, live paycheck to paycheck…BUT make to much to get accchs or any assistance!? Had an accident few months ago and had x-rays in hospital of chest to see if broke ribs (still have those bills to pay!) They accidently found a mass in lungs that they say needs ct scan ASAP to see if cancer but have no money no insurance and no assistance…what does one do in this situation?! Have no idea what to do but maybe die!
