I hope that at this point in time, everyone male and female can get either a mammogram or an ultrasound to diagnose breast cancer no matter if they can afford it or not. My sister in law had a mammogram the doctors said was "normal", but she just didn’t feel right about it and insisted on getting an ultrasound. Two days after the ultrasound they the results showed she needed a double mastectomy. I know this probably doesn’t answer your question at all, but this is what I wanted to say on the topic.
