		<description>I hope that at this point in time, everyone male and female can get either a mammogram or an ultrasound to diagnose breast cancer no matter if they can afford it or not. My sister in law had a mammogram the doctors said was &quot;normal&quot;, but she just didn&#039;t feel right about it and insisted on getting an ultrasound.  Two days after the ultrasound they the results showed she needed a double mastectomy. I know this probably doesn&#039;t answer your question at all, but this is what I wanted to say on the topic.</description>
