Move to a country with universal health care and get the care you need,
Pay for it yourself, giving you debt and making you bankrupt,
Or die because of your severe lack of medical care due to the high cost.
You may get lucky and receive some assistance from an organization, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
Oh, even if you have insurance, sometimes (often) they don’t pay for everything, and debt or death can result. It’s just so, so sad.

You will be treated. It is far more difficult financially and emotionally when you do not have health insurance .. but it can still be done. Unfortunately you will become dependent on others to support you but there are services available for people with cancer who cannot afford medical treatment.
