Call a dermatologists office and ask them. I believe in May there are places that do screenings for free.

Check with your local Cancer Society office. They will have the information you need, including where to get funding. If you are in College, or University check with your Student Health Centre.

Call your doctor and explain the situation. If that doesn't help, call a few dermatologists and ask them. If you are a full time university student, go to the health center on campus- they usually do things for free. If all else fails take yourself to the ER of a big university hospital like Upenn and go to the ER early in the morning and ask them to look at it.
